This premium level of care is designed for those who seek greater convenience, enhanced access, and a more personalized experience in their eye care journey. As a preferred patient, you will enjoy benefits such as:
- Direct communication with your ophthalmologist via phone, text, or email.
- Priority scheduling, including same-day or next-day appointments when available and no fees for emergency visits.
- Extended appointment times for more thorough consultations and unrushed visits.
- Coordination of care with your other physicians and specialists.
- Personalized treatment plans tailored closely to your lifestyle and visual goals.
We recognize that every patient is unique, and this service is ideal for those who value additional time, flexibility, and access as part of their medical experience.
Preferred membership is entirely optional and does not affect your ability to receive outstanding care through our traditional services. However, for those who desire this elevated level of support and convenience, we are confident it will make a meaningful difference in your overall experience. Though we anticipate you will benefit from this program, there is no long term commitment if you change your mind.
The annual preferred membership fee is $950 for an individual and $650 for each additional family member in the same household. This fee may be paid in annual, bi-annual, or quarterly installments. Please note that this fee is independent of your medical insurance coverage, though it may be covered by HSA/FSA. In addition, all visits will continue to be billed through your medical insurance plan.
